He holds several diplomas in wine and viticulture but he is also an educator and shares his knowledge and his love for the wines and the \u201cClimats\u201d of Burgundy (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) with great enthusiasm. As an ultimate recognition of his commitment, he became a member of the exclusive Confr\u00e9rie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, which numbers only 12000 members from all over the world, in
